The Manuscript is a collection of written news stories, videos and audio podcasts produced by me along with my perspectives on a variety of subjects including politics, race, spirituality and self-help topics. I also repost articles that I like and that relate to the subject matter that I write about. My name is Nick Westbrooks. I’m a Howard and NYU graduate.  I’m originally from Neptune, NJ (the Jersey Shore but nothing like the show). I’m currently a high school English educator in Newark, NJ. The objective of The Manuscript is to get YOU to think about your world differently and to urge YOU to seek the truth for yourself. This may be the blog that shifts your paradigm. So, take me as I am and get familiar, and if you’re with it, just keep on reading.
